  ♥  Please note that at this time mochaberry only delivers to the uk and not to the Republic of Ireland, Europe or the Rest of the World.

  ♥  Postage & packing is calculated in you Shopping Cart once a delivery method is selected.

  ♥  Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless an error has been made by us or the item is faulty.

  ♥  Your order for stock items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, depending on what time your order was placed, and on our current work load at the time.

  ♥  When an order contains personalised cards, please allow extra time for your order to be delivered - up to 10 WORKING DAYS. If you need the other non-personalised items in a combined order to be delivered more quickly then it would be better to make two separate orders.

  ♥  We try to use recycled packaging wherever we can to benefit the environment but your products inside will be carefully and beautiful wrapped up for you.

  ♥   We hope you love your items you have purchased from mochaberry but if for any reason you wish to return them you can do so within 28 days of purchasing. You will need to return items in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Simply return the item packaged securely with your name and purchase number inside please. Any costs incurred in returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged or faulty goods must be notified to mochaberry within three days of receipt of order. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless an error has been made by us or the item is faulty.
