Welcome to mochaberry terms and conditions of use. Please read carefully as purchasing from our website means that you have understood our terms and conditions and agree with them.

Pricing Policy:  All items are displayed in pounds sterling. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Product Availability:  Our website is up-to-date with stock availability. If a product is out of stock it will show this by the product and you will not be able to add the item to your basket; we will re-stock items as quickly as possible. If it is a discontinued item we will remove it from our website. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order we will contact you and offer a full refund.

Product Representation:  We make every effort to ensure we give you the most accurate description of each of our products here at mochaberry, but we cannot accept responsibility for variation of the products; please note many of our items are handmade and may vary slightly for example fabrics, colour etc... Although we make every effort to ensure that sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible, please note that they can only be approximate. Colour representation is as close as it can be, we cannot accept responsibility for slight colour variations caused by photography, computers or browsers.

Data Privacy:  Payments are made via PayPal. PayPal is accepted everywhere from leading brands and shopping sites such as Boots, Topshop, House of Fraser and eBay, to small independent retailers. PayPal is a safe, fast, and secure way to pay online.

Shipping and Returns:  We hope you love your items you have purchased from mochaberry but if for any reason you wish to return them you can do so within 28 days of purchasing. You will need to return items in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Simply return the item packaged securely with your name and purchase number inside please. Any costs incurred in returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged or faulty goods must be notified to mochaberry within three days of receipt of order. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless an error has been made by us or the item is faulty.
